Aligning inhale and exhale with gentle movement relaxes the body and focuses the mind. This Mindtoon™ helps you reach a relaxed and focused state, then guides you to feel the nourishment of your breath enter your body. You also feel the nourishment of your attention.
Your experience may be different each time you play the Nourishing Mindtoon™ meditation. The feeling of nourishment may be different on different days. The feeling of nourishment may deepen as you you repeat the meditation over several days or weeks.
Remembering the feeling of being nourished with each breath can help you bring back that feeling.
